Push Up Burpees - 3 sets of 20 reps
A few minutes of Burpee conditioning will quickly convince you that your own natural bodyweight provides plenty of resistance for a solid workout.


Air Squats - 5 sets of 30 seconds
We squat every day in our normal lives, and adding these to your workouts makes it less likely you’ll get tired and injured in every day activities.


Butterfly Sit-ups - 50 reps
Amazing ab exercise that forces your abdominal muscles to do more work since your hip flexors are disengaged..

About Me

My name is Justin, but my friends (that’s you!) call me JZ. I’m a husband and father of 3 beautiful children. I work at during the day as a program manager. The other two thirds of my time is spent loving my family, laughing with my friends and making things that help others.

In 2015, I lost 30 pounds while getting ready for the Peachtree road race. It’s the best I’ve felt in a long time, probably since running track (well high jumping) at Georgia Tech in my glory days.
